Notes	WHEATFIELD - Richard D. Kowalik, a retired truck driver, died Thursday in DeGraff Memorial Hospital, North Tonawanda, after suffering a heart attack at home. He was 59. Mr. Kowalik was born in Niagara Falls and graduated from Niagara-Wheatfield Senior High School. He worked as a truck driver, first for Modern Disposal of Lewiston and later for Robinson & Long Paving and Midland Asphalt of the City of Tonawanda. He also did metal fabrication work. Mr. Kowalik was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, North Tonawanda, and Chapter 1517 of the IOOB Club. He enjoyed hunting. Survivors include his wife, the former Kathleen N. Wurl; his son, Timothy, of Wheatfield; his daughter, Amy Zastrow, of Albion; and two grandchildren. Services will be held at 11 A.M. Monday in St. Paul Lutheran Church, 453 Old Falls Blvd., North Tonawanda. Burial will be in St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery.
