  Notes	MARY E. GANDT The Buffalo News - Friday, September 15, 2000 Mary E. Gandt , a former clothing store employee, died Thursday (Sept. 14, 2000) in Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. She was 85. Born Mary Scotland in Niagara Falls, she graduated from St. Mary 's High School. She had worked for a brief time for Feldman Furs and many years ago worked for the Robert Hall clothing store. Mrs. Gandt was a member of St. Mary of the Cataract Catholic Church. She enjoyed crocheting, reading and writing poetry. She was the widow of Frederick Gandt . She is survived by two sons, Frederick C. of Manassas, Va., and James of Ransomville; two daughters, Patricia Janis and Mary Brockway; three sisters, Jane Badgley of Summerville, S.C., Ruth Burns and Betty Walerowicz; 12 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 9:30 a.m. Saturday in St. Mary of the Cataract Church, 259 Fourth St., after prayers at 8:45 in Spallino-Amigone Funeral Home, 1300 Pine Ave. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Lewiston.
