      Mrs. Amelia B. Pfohl, Lockport Road, Passes
      SANBORN, N. Y., Jan. 8 – Mrs. Amelia B. Pfohl, 65, a lifelong resident of Niagara county, died today at the family home, Lockport road, after a long illness. Mrs. Pfohl was born in the village of Bergholtz, N.Y. She was a member of St. Peter's church at Walmore, N.Y., and in former years was active in its organizations. Mrs. Pfohl is survived by husband, Fred J. Pfohl, at home, two daughters, Ella Pfohl, of the town of Niagara, and Mrs. Arthur Retzloff (sic), of Sanborn, N.Y.; two sons, Henry and Adolph Pfohl, of Sanborn, N.Y.; three sisters, Mrs. Albertina Mueller and Mrs. Albert DeVantier, R.F.D. 1, Niagara Falls, N. Y., and Mrs. Edward Blumerich (sic), of Niagara Falls, N. Y., six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held from the Lockport road home Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock and at 2:30 at St. Peter's church, Walmore. The Rev. Edward Graubau (sic) will officiate. Interment will be in Walmore cemetery.
